These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through adornatelierus.com. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.

Our registered business address is not a retail storefront or an automatic return destination.

2. Ordering Requirements

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the selected payment method.

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and product-selection information. Review your order before submitting payment.

If you discover an error, contact us promptly. Our ability to make changes depends on whether fulfillment has begun.

3. Order Receipt and Acceptance

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the amount collected for the canceled items.

4. Product Descriptions

Product listings describe the merchandise offered, available options, dimensions, features, and included components.

Photographs may show styling accessories that are not included unless expressly listed.

Minor color variations may result from screen settings or lighting. This does not excuse merchandise that is materially different from its description.

Outdoor suitability, power requirements, and installation conditions vary by item. Review the listing and supplied instructions before purchase and use.

5. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Promotions are subject to the conditions presented with the offer.

Eligible orders receive free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is at least $49 after discounts and before taxes. Other shipping charges and taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment.

If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

6. Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery is estimated at 10–20 calendar days after dispatch. Processing time is additional.

Orders may be fulfilled internationally. Delivery estimates do not guarantee arrival before a holiday or event unless an express commitment is provided before purchase.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation options, and refund rights required by applicable law.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Before fulfillment begins, an order may be canceled without a cancellation fee. Once picking, packing, or shipment has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Eligible merchandise may still be returned after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible preference-based returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, with original packaging and included components. Reasonable inspection does not automatically disqualify a return.

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed merchandise, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer.

9. Product Safety

Follow all supplied instructions, warnings, installation requirements, and care information.

Unless expressly identified as toys, our merchandise is intended for decoration. Small parts, hooks, cords, batteries, and fragile components may present hazards to children and pets.

Keep decorations away from open flames and excessive heat unless specifically designed for that use. Do not modify electrical components or use indoor-only products outdoors.

These precautions do not limit our responsibility for defective products.

10. Warranties and Consumer Rights

Any product-specific warranty will be described with the product or its accompanying documentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes applicable implied warranties or mandatory consumer protections. Our voluntary return window does not shorten a statutory remedy.

11. Responsibility and Liability

We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or defective goods where such exclusion is prohibited.

Any lawful limitation on recoverable losses applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Resolving Disputes

Please contact us so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent you from contacting a payment provider, regulator, or court with jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your transaction, including applicable protections in your U.S. state of residence, remain available.

13. Relationship Between Policies

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases. Our Terms of Use govern website access and conduct.

Specific shipping and return procedures appear in the relevant policies. Mandatory law and express commitments made before purchase take priority over a conflicting general statement.

14. Updates

We may update these terms and publish a revised date.

Updates apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce protections attached to an order already placed.
