Unless otherwise stated, prices on adornatelierus.com are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Before payment, checkout displays the merchandise total, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by the store.
If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or international transaction fee.

Declined or Incomplete Payments

- Any bank verification step has been completed.
- Your payment provider permits the transaction.
Before trying again, check whether you received an order confirmation to avoid duplicate purchases.
A pending authorization may appear even if checkout was not completed. Your bank or payment provider can explain when it will be released.
Unrecognized Charges
If you notice an unfamiliar charge associated with AdornAtelierus, contact us promptly.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment account, also notify your payment provider. Contacting us does not restrict your right to seek assistance from that provider.
We will never ask you to pay a separate fee to release an approved refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We do not require store credit instead of an eligible monetary refund. Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, shipping responsibilities, and processing times.
